These Terms govern access to and use of the IBP Supply Chain Platform, a browser-based SaaS application for pharmaceutical supply chain scenario planning.
New users receive a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required at registration. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly plan.
The subscription fee is €110 per user per month, excluding VAT. Payment is charged monthly in advance via the stored payment method. Invoices are issued electronically.
Either party may cancel the subscription at the end of the current calendar month. Cancellation must be submitted before the last day of the month. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
The Tool processes all planning data locally in the user's browser. No supply chain, patient, or business data is transmitted to or stored on external servers. Account data (name, email, payment info) is processed by Stripe. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
The Tool provides planning scenarios and analytical outputs for decision support purposes only. The provider assumes no liability for business decisions made on the basis of the Tool's outputs. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.
The provider reserves the right to update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
