These Terms govern access to and use of the Pharma IBP Scenario Architect, a free browser-based reference tool for pharmaceutical supply chain scenario planning.
The Tool is provided free of charge. No registration, payment, or subscription is required to use it. Core features — demand and supply scenario planning, trade-off analysis, and executive dashboards — are fully accessible to all visitors.
The Tool is a reference and demonstration product, provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. The provider does not guarantee that the Tool is error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
If you are interested in a customized version of this tool for your organization, you can reach out via the contact form in the app. Any customization engagement is subject to a separate agreement.
The Tool processes all planning data locally in the user's browser. No supply chain, patient, or business data is transmitted to or stored on external servers. Contact form submissions (name, email, message) are stored securely to respond to inquiries. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
The Tool provides planning scenarios and analytical outputs for decision support purposes only. The provider assumes no liability for business decisions made on the basis of the Tool's outputs. Since the Tool is provided free of charge, liability is limited to the statutory minimum.
The provider reserves the right to update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
